    Marc Jr. Foundation (“MJF” or “We”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

    The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.     We collect information from and about users of our App, including information:

    We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We provide mechanisms for you to control certain uses and disclosures of over your information:

    1. Tracking Technologies: You can set your browser or device settings to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account.     If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App, including User Contributions, is governed by our End User License Agreement.

    California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.   8. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
    In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), this App is not intended to create, receive, maintain or transmit any personally identifiable health information (“PHI”). MJF is not a HIPAA covered entity and is not a medical or healthcare provider, insurer, or health plan. You assume all risk of any information or data that you upload, post, or enter into the App. All information you upload or enter in the App will be treated in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy.
  9. Data Security
    We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards and chat features, if any. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App.Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the App.

    Once you agree to allow our App to use cookies, you also agree to use the data it collects regarding your App usage.
    The data we collect by using cookies is used to customize our App to your needs. After we use the data for statistical analysis, the data is completely removed from our systems.     At some point, you might wish to restrict the use and collection of your personal data. You can achieve this by doing the following:
    1. When you are filling the forms on the App, make sure to check if there is a box which you can leave unchecked, if you don’t want to disclose your personal information.
